PROCESSING

Please allow 2 to 3 days for your order to process. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.

 

INTERNATIONAL FREE SHIPPING

Free international Shipping includes Registered International Air Mail with Tracking Number plus applicable handling, packing and parcel protection.
All orders are shipped and insured using China EMS e-Express Package. You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track directly. 
 

There may be duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges imposed by your home country.  It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand and make payment of these charges.

• Our current turnaround time for the international free shipping is about 12 - 26 business days upon ordering.  Expedited shipping upgrades do not change production time they only speed up the shipping process.

 

• • • INTERNATIONAL Fedex EXPRESS SHIPPING TIMESAll international shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables. We have no control over international shipping times but we do insure all packages in case of loss. We’ve found that the best international shipping method is FEDEX Express which has turnaround time for international shipping of about 5 - 7 business days. Please contact us if you'd like to make any changes to your shipping method or choose Fedex Express shipping at the check-out. Customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective countries.

 

RETURN POLICY

MELOMELO has a 14 - day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship/postmark it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.

 

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with the items received, please make sure to email us at contact@melomelo.shop or click the Message box in home page before making a return so we authorize it. Include RETURN REQUEST and your order # in the subject line.  Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to get back to you with next steps.

Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and must not show any signs of wear.

MeloMelo reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for customized items.

 

EXCHANGES

Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different size or style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at melomelo.shop.

 

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the the same form of payment from where the purchase was made. If the complete order is returned the refund will include standard  free delivery costs from MeloMelo to you. Expedited shipping methods like Fedex Express are not refundable.

We allow 14 days to issue a refund, after receiving the returned merchandise.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email contact@melomelo.shop within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
